When we serve coffee at events, we represent our client’s brands, and we take this seriously. Our mobile coffee service includes your drinks, a professional barista, the coffee bar, and branding options to boost your event presence.
Everything you need to make an impression
Our barista and coffee service includes everything you need to have coffee on stand, with nothing else for you to arrange. We bring everything we need to serve, including the equipment, and our barista serves fresh drinks for the agreed timeframes.
Trained baristas
We have a team of full-time baristas who travel across the UK serving coffee at events and representing our clients’ brands.
Warm welcome
Our baristas arrive with everything they need, set up the coffee bar, and get serving. They get to know your brand and welcome your guests.
Freshly roasted coffee
We roast our signature blend, Northern Espresso, specifically for your event, with time to rest for optimum flavour. Every coffee served is freshly ground.

Get your brand seen in as many places as possible. We brand everything from the cups, cappuccino stencils and cupcakes, to the coffee bars and barista aprons.

We speak to you about your event to gather every detail. We propose a package, including the number of bars, baristas, branding options and length of service.
You receive a detailed quotation, explained simply, and we follow up to answer questions. Once agreed, we secure a deposit, book the event, and begin preparations.
We guide you through the logistics, including Health & Safety and RAMS documents, organising branded items, and meticulously checking event and venue details.
We set off the day before service, and let you know. The team arrive and work with the on-site contact. We test everything is working correctly in advance.
We serve for the whole agreed period, restocking when needed. If it is a multi-day event, we check in towards the end of day one. We pack down and clear away at the end.
We contact you to discuss the event and gain your feedback. If needed, we can store your remaining branded items for future events.
